Pilates circuit is a 50 minute circuit using all the different types of Pilates equipment we have in the studio along with props and functional body exercises.
Each station is 1 minute with a small rest period between each exercise. This class is suitable for all fitness levels as you can work at your own pace and take further rest or no rests, depending on your fitness level.
This is a fun class taken at a much faster pace than regular Pilates class but with not compromise on form or Pilates principles;
It is recommended that new clients to our Circuit classes start with a one-on-one mat/equipment session to learn the basic principles of Pilates, including the neutral spine position, the Pilates breathing technique and correct activation of your core muscles.
