Why Diaz Pilates?

The Difference

Just like in most areas in life, no two Pilates instructors are the same.  As with a lot of industries these days, there are different levels of training that are acceptable to be able to be a Pilates Instructor.  So no two instructors will be the same, with the same knowledge and experience.

So it is important when thinking of going to join a class or choosing your Pilates instructor, that you know what to look for to make sure that you are getting the best value for money, and more importantly, the best Pilates practice for your body and your needs.

Qualification

There are varying approaches, or styles, within the Pilates Method that are equally valid and relevant to the individual. Be open to trying different approaches to find the one that works for your personal needs and requirements.

An instructor should have their authentic certificate of qualification on hand at the studio. Alternatively you may check the list of instructors on industry body websites, such as the Pilates Alliance of Australasia.

It is guaranteed that any instructor listed under the PAA have completed a certificate level of education through a registered training organisation and are competent in all aspects of theory and practice.

Dedication

At Diaz Pilates, our instructors are continually attending training workshops and seminars to be the instructor for you that we can be.  And last but not least, your chosen Pilates Instructor should be a good listener and attentive to your needs.

Luckily, if you choose Diaz Pilates, we tick all of these boxes so you don’t need to search any further.
