Policies

At Diaz Pilates, we aim to make your Pilates experience as efficient and enjoyable as possible. Please read and abide by our policies below to facilitate this.

Appointments

Appointments are required for all studio sessions and group classes. It is a good idea to book well in advance as places are limited. Tel: 04 78738709.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early in order to get settled and prepare for your session.

Sessions will end on time regardless of a late start so as not to delay the next client.

Cancellations

As a courtesy to our staff and clients we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all studio sessions. To avoid the cancellation fee, it is each client responsibility to notify Diaz Pilates at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointments missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to the full charge of the service booked.

If you have a standing appointment, inconsistent attendance will result in the loss of that time slot regardless of 24 hour notice.

Scheduling an appointment constitutes your acceptance of these policies.

Please note that the cancellation policy is in place to minimise disruption to our clients and as a courtesy to our trainers. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our instructors time.
