The Class
Every client starts with an initial consultation. This is a 30 or 50 minute session (depending of choice) where we conduct a postural analysis, discuss any injuries, rehabilitation and fitness goals, teach you the basic principles of Pilates and take you through a introductory or short workout utilising the Pilates apparatus.
Our quiet, air-conditioned studio uses the following Pilates apparatus:
Depending on your goals and fitness levels, we then provide private or group sessions
* Initial consultation:
– 30 min (Introductory with apparatus) $25
– 50 min (short workout with apparatus) $50
The initial consultation can be part of the 10 Pass Class
