Private Session

The Class

A private session will be tailored to your requirements and can therefore be great if you are recovering from an injury and need to slowly build up strength and control or if you are looking for a different or more advanced challenge.

Our quiet, air-conditioned studio uses the following Pilates apparatus:

  • Wunda chair
  • Reformer

We also incorporate rings, swiss balls, light weights, therabands and TRX to assist with modifications and stability.

Our Instructors develop an individually tailored program aligned with your particular fitness or rehabilitation goals. 

Every client starts with an initial consultation. This is a 30 or 50 minute session (depending of choice) where we conduct a postural analysis, discuss any injuries, rehabilitation and fitness goals, teach you the basic principles of Pilates and take you through a introductory or short workout utilising the Pilates apparatus.

Sessions are available at various times Monday to Friday, please contact the studio for further information or to make a booking.
